SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on most products. We will inform you at checkout if there is another fee (Such as insurance or Priority Mail).

  • Not all options are available, depending on the vendor. Usually, you can choose standard or express shipping. Your choice depends on your order and where you want it delivered.

  • Remember that we won't always have real-time tracking for some parts of the delivery journey.

  • Shipping Address: Always verify Your Shipping Address. Ensuring your shipping address is accurate and current is crucial.

  • You can use a P.O. box as your shipping address, but certain items must be sent to physical addresses. Some sellers may also specify that they can't deliver to P.O. Boxes

  • This applies to oversized or valuable items, perishables, products with age restrictions, fine jewelry, delicate or fragile items, and items sent by private carriers.

  • Please note that we can't deliver to secure locations like military bases.

  • Our warehouses may take 2-14 days to process your order.

TRACK YOUR SHIPMENT

  • We'll also give you a tracking number when it's ready.

DELIVERY TIMING

 ISSUES WITH DELIVERY

  • CONTACT US: Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your product if there is a problem so we can contact our vendor and negotiate a returnable return. Payment for returns is your responsibility in most cases. Exceptions might include a product damaged or defective that was sent from the factory.

  • If your package hasn't been delivered or the tracking shows it's been given, but you haven't received it, contact our customer service immediately.
